The price is what you want to hear but the customer service and actual installation is lacking. Incorrect windows brought to the house, they rescheduled for another week out even though it was their error. They expected full payment for a job not complete. Told that they will contact day before with time window, they never called. We continue having to call them and they then tell you that they won't call you until day of, with time schedule.
