I have a service ticket open since the end of march. today is july 8 and while i had a service visit in may, no one has come back to install the necessary parts. i am emailing ever other week and while they respond i can't get service. loved the equipment but TERRIBLE service. I'm happy to update if they eventually come through. In the end the finally fixed the scale. not sure why it is they had such bad communication, other than their company was hacked 9+ months ago.

Unloading is extra long min 2hrs. They make u sit there ! Then the lady says “I forgot to let you know we are done” 4hrs later. They know there wasting your time …. Staff is super lazy and slow
