Horrible quality... Our wrapper breaks every holiday and takes weeks to get fixed. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you want to keep your employees happy! Never worked right from the start. Their Scales are nearly as bad, along with bad design where it pops off all the time. They might work on paper but not in a busy store! Absolutely garbage...

Easy to get to dock. Just make sure you don't arrive at lunchtime, they are closed from 12-1. Fast pickup every time I have been there.

I have a service ticket open since the end of march. today is july 8 and while i had a service visit in may, no one has come back to install the necessary parts. i am emailing ever other week and while they respond i can't get service. loved the equipment but TERRIBLE service. I'm happy to update if they eventually come through. In the end the finally fixed the scale. not sure why it is they had such bad communication, other than their company was hacked 9+ months ago.
