We had an amazing meal tonight! The host (who believe might have also been the owner) accommodated us to a beautiful Japanese sitting room even though we didn’t make reservation on Mother’s Day! Our waitress (who I also think might have been an owner) was incredibly kind. Lastly the three sushi rolls we ordered were some of the best we’ve had.
The best restaurant in town and very vegetarian and vegan friendly! The vegetarian macrobiotic rolls are some of the best I've ever had. Update: I took my mother to Bizen to try their Kaiseki menu. Very special. The food was great but even better was Michael (the owner)'s Bizen pottery, on which the dishes were served. This restaurant is a true gem and a must go for anyone in town!
We loved everything about Bizen! The food is outstanding, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Thank you for everything!
Beautiful space, great service. Food was underwhelming. Dessert was downright displeasing and tasted like cold oatmeal. Prices were high.
