Heard that the old manager got bad reviews, I just purchased a vehicle from here and had no trouble. Staff was friendly and worked with me, the whole thing took maybe half an hour.
We had an appointment with Anita, she was so helpful and we appreciated her help in getting the vehicle 2014 Dodge Journey. Left happy with a full tank of gas.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Went in on Saturday 8/13/22 : New sales rep that we had was new, said he was there about there for seven months, was very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect car. Took us inside to talk over numbers and his boss Shawn assured us that he was sending our loan through the best banks and assured us that we would definitely get a good rate. If buying a car from BizCar, ask for Dominic. Had a great experience buying a car from him. He's a straight shooter, didn't try to hide anything about the car, and very friendly. Best of all, even after I had signed that I would purchase the car as is, he noticed an issue during the final detail and had it fixed before I came back to pick it up, something he certainly didn't have to do. The staff was welcoming and helpful when we went there to look at their inventory. When we found the vehicle we wanted to purchase, they were accommodating with helping us get to the price that we needed. We would recommend stopping in at Bizcar!
