For transparency, it would be helpful during the treatment to advise your customers how much product is being used for nanoplasty. This was only communicated to me at the end of the service, which ended up totalling around $850 for the treatment. I have shoulder length, thick hair. This equates to around 230grams of product used during the session whilst other salons had quoted $550 for the same treatment. I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been so happy with both my haircuts and the colour (foils). Lovely staff and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

First time visiting the salon today. I initially booked in for two treatments, a free blow dry with the apprentice and k18 with take home package, my appointment was changed along with my treatment without me being notified. I was charged for the blow dry and did not get the take home treatment. I sat in awkward silence for an hour whilst the hairdresser washed, blow dried and straightened my hair.
