I love this store! I have been playing the guitar for years. I needed to find a place to make some repairs on one of my older guitars. I had never heard of this place. I found them after a friend told me about them. I went in and they seemed very knowledgeable. I ended up getting my old favorite fixed and walked out with a new Les Paul. Keep up the good work! Your shop is very busy and I can tell you guys are tired from having an overflow of customers every day for several weeks. Nonetheless, every employee I have spoken with has been polite and has gone out of their way in helping me find small gun parts for a project. Today, after taking ten minutes to search for a tiny spring that costs about a dollar and not finding one, an employee got into his own private kit and GAVE ME (free) the final spring I needed to make my rifle operational. Best prices anywhere – Best selection and THE best deals anywhere. I had over 50 choices for a new taurus handgun. I saved $200.00 over the best price I had on an AK-47!!
Enthusiastic Service--Sometimes – The manager/owner of the store is a very helpful, sincere, person. He truly will make a 100% effort to get the gun that is best for you. Also, he makes it apparent that he wants your business, and will beat any other offer--he wants you to call him last before you buy. Unfortunately, his staff does not share the same enthusiasm, and is considerably more apathetic to your queries. For this reason, you get good service--sometimes. -Alex
