The promise was smooth from beginning to end. When we had an issue with the amount that was set to be forgiven, the customer service rep was responsive and it all worked out in the end!

I gave them all my information and it says online that I got approved and funded for $50,000 but I never received a dime. I feel like I got scammed out of all my information and they probably kept the 50k, unfortunately I cant post a screenshot on here.
