Working with Biz2Credit has been a terrible experience. Their communication has been abysmal and unprofessional. I cannot get a simple answer to a question, such as could I please get an update on my forgiveness application?. Its always a different person whenever I do receive communication. I cannot just email a case manager. I have to use a form on their website to receive any communications, otherwise my emails simply go unanswered. Sent in several documents, I had my place inspected, & was promised loan funds Immediately.. I never received my funds & all my business information was sent.. Now I cant get in touch with anyone. The phones keep hanging up on me I can never get anyone to answer my ************** very upset because my ********* person information is out to ******** can cant get a clear answer on anything
