After ordering some parts from Inflatable Boat Parts dot com ( a subsidiary of Bixler’s Marine ) I visited here and read the review below from the buyer who said they hadn’t received their dinghy cover several weeks after ordering… this did rather spook me, but I had asked for tracking and.. lo and behold, the incredibly hard to find parts I ordered showed up within two days of paying with PayPal. i ordered a $400 dinghy cover from them, was told delivery in 8-10 business days. No tracking number, no shipping confirmation. Been almost 20 business days, have phoned twice and left messages. no call backs, no contact. Poor service. will contact credit card company to stop payment and will shop elsewhere.
