We called a couple weeks ago and the guy said he'd come measure our stump and I don't think he ever came and they never called to check in or give an estimate. Not sure what happened there...
They came the same day and did a great job with tree trimming and disposal!!
I called them a week ago and they haven't gotten back to me Edit: they finally got back to me and got it done
