Google says open but I was not aware they don’t open the doors till 1 even tho they are “open”. Called and was put immediately on hold, when I asked how I can get in the associate said “for what ?” Obviously this place needs to work on their customer service, how was I suppose to know doors are locked until the doctor arrives ? In the end they weren’t able to help me due to not having the specialist I need anymore and just sent me off and said good luck
The surgeon himself was okay. However there front office staff either needs some help or replacement. They quoted me $500 for the tooth extractions and Said that was my total price. After they started the procedure on my daughter they informed me I would be getting a separate bill from the lab, which was never discussed and was an additional $200 to $300. My previous wisdom teeth removal experience with a regular dentist was nothing short of traumatizing. Despite my intense dental anxiety (of the shaking-like-a-baby-lamb, nervous sweats, and full-on teary-eyed variety). I was offered no options for sedation or pain management beyond a numbing shot.
