Asked them if I would be able to make return before I made purchase. They told me as long as package wasn’t open open it would be fine. Ended up not needing it(replacement blade for clippers) went to make return(package not open) they changed their mind. Bad business

I just started going to Bixby Beauty Supply because they carry a variety of Satin hair color. A beauty supply that is closer to me used to carry the specific color I needed, but soon stopped stocking that color. This store was the next closest and stocked the color I was looking for and offered more color varieties. So far, I haven’t had any issues.
