I love bivoac's merchandise, however I am deeply disappointed in the service. I gave a gift certificate to a family member for Christmas who is not as financially well off as my family. Upon arrival at the store, she was treated so poorly by the staff that she felt the need to leave. What should have been a lovely gift turned quickly I to a demeaning experience. Loved working there and all the people are so liked minded and know what they are talking about when you are looking for something to buy. I was a customer first and foremost and that's what made me want to work there.
