An ad popped up, I checked out the reviews, and decided to schedule an appointment. Within minutes I received a message and then a phone call to confirm, which honestly impressed me. Unfortunately, that experience quickly went downhill. I arrived at the confirmed appointment time and location only to find the office closed.
