After reading some of the reviews posted on his business I was in the middle. I know there are instances where the outcome may not be favorable. My situation has been a positive experience. After my upstairs AC went out I called a heating and AC guy on my own, not using the home warranty insurance. The initial guy came out , try to fix the breaker box that is located outside ,next to the AC and come to find out the holster that was within the breaker box was broken. Adam is very professional and pleasant. We have been using Bivens since 2020. They come every year to do our routine maintenance A/C and furnace. I highly recommend Bivens / Adam.
Adam came out to look at my furnace because I haven't had any heat for a week. He was amazing. He stayed here for 2 hours plus and got my heat to working. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
