Dr. Bitzer is attentive to details and always takes time to explain what is happening. He is responsible for saving my husband's life. His attention to detail revealed a mass that could have been cancerous. We love Dr. Bitzer and recommend him to anyone.
Staff not considerate of all patients.
This provider's staff, including the office manager and a particular male assistant were very disrespectful and rude to my mother who returned for a post op visit. The assistant was blatantly rude and disrespectful while he administered care. When I called the office a few days later to get information to file a complaint the office manager displayed the same behavior. If you are a person of color who cares about how you are treated and who you patronize I would avoid this practice.
