Priced reasonably, punctual and friendly.
Amazing service and so friendly. Willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon and fix the problem. Very impressed- will definitely use them in the future. Superior work ethic.
I woke up to find my hot water pipes frozen on the weekend. I work early hours so I didn't want to call that early and decided to run to work. I made my distress call from there later and they were right on it. In fact Mr. Bitz beat me home and had finished as I was arriving back in town. He called and had found the issue. He took care of things and gave me some pointers on how to avoid getting frozen pipes again. The bill was reasonable and the timely service was excellent. I would recommend them.
Always there when they say they will be. Very friendly and clean
We are first time cabin owners and when I called them I was please to find out they had worked with our cabin before. They were responsive, respectful and professional and even accommodated a slightly earlier than normal start time due to my odd schedule that week. Closing the cabin was the easy and the rates reasonable. i am looking forward to working with them again soon to open back up for the season and know that if there is anything wrong, they'll have it fixed right away!
