We have used Bitz P & H many times. Our in floor heat went out yesterday. I called them today and Loren was out within a couple of hours and had it fixed in no time. He and Luke are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough!
We had an excellent experience with Bitz! On one of the coldest day of the year, they arrived quickly and efficiently replaced our furnace. The team was professional, courteous, and got the job done fast, ensuring our home was warm again in no time. They were spot on with their estimate. Highly recommend their prompt and reliable service!
Cannot recommend enough. Luke and Loren spent a ton of time on the phone helping me diagnose a problem with water in my basement. Figured out my septic main drain was frozen, got me referrals for clearing that and then came out and got everything fixed and setup for future success to hopefully minimize future incidents. So happy I got connected with them.
Priced reasonably, punctual and friendly.
