Completely awful and unprofessional company. They park in neighborhoods that arent related to the work they are doing and destroy the areas they work in. Not to mention they were working overnight from 10PM to 4AM. Would avoid this company at all costs.
Very passive with property damage issues, I was informed by a BIT employee they would provide answers to questions. When I asked questions BIT responded their insurance company would provide the information, today there insurance company adjuster told me they are also not willing to provide answers to my questions. Our mailbox over 1k to replace was damaged May 1st 2023 during a mill and overlay in our neighborhood. Shame on them!!! Unethical company and practices. Doing their road tacking in the torrential down pouring rain and damaged my vehicle while driving the road they were working on. After reporting the incident to the company they never provided the proper paperwork or insurance provider. Even after having the Ramsey County road supervisor get involved. They only care about getting paid.
