I reached out to the Bitubo team on short notice wanting a set of shocks the same day, and even though he was out of the office for a track day, he still went out of his way to make sure I could get them that day. He followed up afterwards to offer help with setup if I needed it and checked in to make sure I was happy with how they were performing. I don't normally post reviews, but recently had to deal with Bitubo Australia. The product is very good, but that's not what I'm reviewing. The service and customer support is something you just don't come across all to often these days. Paul took my problem on board and sorted it out with the factory in no time. The factory support for its product and Bitubo Australia are second to none. Paul's communication and follow up is outstanding. I'm only sorry for giving them 5 stars, in this case the scale needs to be higher.
Amazing.. The difference in comfort and handling are amazing just had my front suspension adjusted and my rear suspension upgraded by Paul at Bitubo ,Wow what a difference. GSX1000F Thanks for the advice , adjustment and new suspension ...game changer ..Regards Toby.
