Second visit with Dr. Dadien. My son had to get some work done. I asked one question when she was numbing because that’s where my son cried the most last time and all I asked was “is that to take his temperature?” Because that’s what she told him and I wanted to see if the nitrous this appointment would make a difference. The team was absolutely AMAZING. Our son had the highest-grade lip tie and the second-highest tongue tie. They walked us through the exercises for aftercare, helped calm him before the procedure, and treated him with such care. He was back with us within five minutes. We also received hands-on help with latching and great advice on bodywork. Could not recommend them more!! Would absolutely return!
I took my children to Bitty bites pediatric dentistry and after my children exam/ cleaning I asked Dr. Lindsey for her professional opinion on how to get children to brush their teeth better or more often and she looked at me in a mortifying stare and ignored me as if my question irritated her, she was rude and lacked compassion for me as a single parent I try to educate myself by asking questions from professionals to get their perspective. I could not recommend this place enough! AMAZING staff and are very prepared to help kids with special needs. I would travel hours to take my kids here.
I came here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did that. Both of my children had to get surgery and Dr Ballentine and her staff were out of this world. I was worried and I could not have asked for better care for my kids. The entire place is amazing! The front desk, the assistants. They have so much knowledge and compassion. Wish I could give 10 stars!!! Thank you again Dr Ballentine!!!
