Also, with COVID, the whole set up of the clinic is very weird. You got 3-4 people in the same room with their mouths open….. no barrier or protection, breathing the same air. That what threw me off when I first walked in. You’re only in a room if the doctors going to examine you. Most equipment should be in a sterilized packets. When you have to rinse your mouth., you have to go to a sink, which boggles my mind. You might have gloves on, it you’re touching other things that weren’t cleaned yet. Addendum to my review: whether the dentist or doctor, front desk first impression are everything. I was just upset leaving that place. Front desk sets the standard for what the care would be like, whatever doctor you’re going to be seeing. I was told on the phone that financing options are going to be discussed. Whoever that lady with the super dark tan was quite rude. It started with her walking in the room (supposedly to explain financing options), but instead she asked me how I wanna pay. I don’t know who’s been giving good reviews to this place, but big huge regret. The doctor might have been okay, but the staff omg. I’m the type to never complain ; it would take a lot for me to actually do it. First off, I was there early, but they still called me late. I don’t know if the people that were called before me were on time for theirs, but they got called first.
