We had one of the Créme Bruleé Signature Cakes & it was so gorgeous. I felt like it was a wedding cake it looked so beautiful! And the best part... it was outrageously delicious!! It even had some of the crunchy bruleé in the middle layer which was a tasty surprise. We also put together a box of cupcakes (my fav!), mini bundt cakes & cookies from the case & they were on point in every way. Bittersweet “knocked it out of the park” with this one!! Our son’s cake turned out exactly like he wanted & it tasted AMAZING!!! Everyone asked where we got it because we all agreed it’s one of the best cakes ever!! So moist & great flavor without being too sweet!! 10/10 recommend

The best bakery in Ellis County. With the rotating flavors each week, seasonal boxed options, and customizable cakes… You really get a One of a kind, bakery experience here. Plus, the aesthetic is adorable. You can tell that the owner and bakers put so much thought and effort to each menu item.
We used Bittersweet Bakery for our wedding cakes and all of the desserts for our wedding in April and they are a MUST HAVE vendor. We got SO many compliments on how fantastic the dessert tasted. The absolute best cake and cupcakes I have ever had. I have a huge sweet tooth and one of the parts of the wedding I cared about the most for guests was the food - making sure there was enough food and that it was delicious. Bittersweet Bakery helped us accomplish this with flying colors. Would 10/10 recommend them!
