William is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. If he doesn’t think you need the vehicle needs certain parts, he won’t install them. He’ll only fix what needs it and save you the money on the rest. I can’t speak highly enough about him. I’ve been going to William for over 10 years. I highly recommend him.
Stay Away. I got taken by this shop. I brought in a pick up that had a bad torque converter. (No engagement in any gear) Next thing I know the transmission had been torn apart and I was told I needed a rebuild for $2800. Although there were signs of wear, there was absolutely nothing in the transmission that could have been responsible for the lack of engagement.
