Love the facility and location. They have it all, imaging, physical therapy and more! My Dr. was thorough and caring.
Always friendly when I arrive, however, at times, ice been standing for more than 5 minutes waiting to check in for .y appointment and no one acknowledges me. A quick, "one of us will be right with you" would make me feel more welcome and not ignored. Other than that, the staff is friendly and professional.
PT with Taylor Plymale is always effective and excellent! She’s knowledgeable and kind, really listens and gives me the exact exercises I need. Her attention and care and the PT facility makes it a pleasurable, positive experience!
I worked with Anna Fuller for occupational therapy after experiencing a debilitating hand injury. I originally went to another therapy clinic, but the therapist I worked with there did very little to address the underlying issues and was ready to discharge when I still did not have functional use of my hand. After self discharging from that clinic, I started working with Anna, who was absolutely amazing.
