I had the ultimately wonderful experience at BITTERROOT HEALTH INFUSION CENTER. I was in need of daily antibiotics infusions for 21 days. From the time that I entered the facility, i was warmly greated by the intake receptionist and each staff member on my care team. I was offered beverages, snacks, meals, blankets etc. I was also informed about some eedresources that i might need, such as wound care. The nurses were warm and personable. Although the experience could have been challenging, I truly felt pampered. More importantly, the nurses and staff were very professional and capable.
Care couldn't have been better. Staff treated me like I was their closest relative.
My husband had a very good experience here. The nurses care, they are a good representative for the hospital. They are friendly and very accommodating. Thanks for all you do.
