New patient and newer to the Hamilton area. I really liked Dr. Metcalf.. She listened and that's most important to me. She took her time explaining and I didn't feel rushed out like some other Dr.'s that I've had to experience in WA State.
Very professional. Very clean. I would have no problem going back for other appointments.
Turned out to be a very good experience on my very first visit with Dr. Nishan.
Terrible quality of service. The front desk staff and doctor were all rude and rushed. Amber did not help us at all and gave us vague answers to all our questions. They do not care about your expectations just your money. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else if you want to have a good pregnancy experience.
