The phlobotomist seemed overly nervous to take my blood.
I personally dislike Bitterroot health. I have never had a good experience there. Rude people. I have no choice but to use your facilities. Either our whole health care has gone down hill or it's just your facility. But it's the same everytime I go there.
Staff is very caring, understanding and listens to the patient.
