I needed to replace injectors on a DT466. Living in Hawaii, my only option was Napa remans. After replacing injectors truck developed a miss under load that no one here (my self and 2 shops) could figure out. Decided to have all 6 injectors tested, I chose Bitterroot Diesel after researching the company’s socials, and im glad i did. Start to finish the communication was awesome, all questions and concerns was handled in a timely manner. And best of all, my problem with the truck was resolved!
I ordered on a Sunday evening and fat fingered the quantity to 2 kits. Immediately sent an email to request on kit refund and to send one kit. within 15 minutes I get their response and it was all taken care of! Phone rings for over 30 minutes. I aint got time for that. They do however respond to my every email, they sent me quality injectors for a 2001 7.3 and when i manage to mess them up they said hey send them back lets see what went wrong.
