We waited for 45 minutes for a drink. And didn't get it. Terrible service.
This was a really cool bar with some great cocktails. Main issue was the service, we were served when we sat down then never checked in on again. Once we realized the bartender wasn’t coming back (after at least 20 minutes), we spent at least another 10 minutes trying to get his attention to close out the tab. Great drinks and great vibe but not good service at all
Such fun vibes here and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable in helping with the massive drink menu. The drinks were tasty and unique at a reasonable price for thoughtfully mixed cocktails. The inside is decorated in a quirky, up-done pub style. The menu matches the quirkiness with Korean chicken sliders, hurricane popcorn and barbacoa tacos but the pub food was on par with the elevated drinks, so delicious. I can’t wait to go back.
I would rate this place higher but they lose credibility when charging extra for a large cube of ice. The service is good and the vibe is nice but the up charge for a large cube lacks class!
Bitter & Twisted in downtown Phoenix was the perfect stop after a Diamondbacks game. The cocktails alone are worth the visit. My husband ordered the “Half Baked,” and the aroma was incredible — one of those drinks you don’t forget. I had the “Fig Lebowski,” and the flavor was absolutely phenomenal, balanced and unique without being overpowering.
