The overall experience with Bittersweet has unfortunately gone downhill over time. There seems to be a very high turnover in staff, and the atmosphere often feels tense and disconnected rather than like a team that works well together, which definitely comes across to customers. As far as the jewelry goes, the huggie earrings are probably one of the better offerings, but beyond that, I find much of the selection overpriced for what it is. UPDATE: I was able to bring in the tarnished nose pin and exchange it as a one time exception to their final sale policy. Bought a nose pin from here and within a week of wearing, it's turned black. Very disappointing.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Bitter Sweet Jewellery in Square One Mall. About six months ago, I purchased two cross lockets from this store. One was a gold-plated cross with stones, and the other was a silver cross. At the time of purchase, the staff assured me that the gold plating would not fade, and that if it did within one year, I could return or exchange it.
