I am very disappointed with my experience at Bitter Sweet Jewellery in Square One Mall. About six months ago, I purchased two cross lockets from this store. One was a gold-plated cross with stones, and the other was a silver cross. At the time of purchase, the staff assured me that the gold plating would not fade, and that if it did within one year, I could return or exchange it.
