Sale of the washer/dryer went well. After that, things didnt go as planned. From phone calls where the wrong phone number was used, to the delivery guy not tightening up the hoses tight enough with a huge mess of water all over the place. Very disappointed customer.
Both people we worked with were very helpful - in both tracking down the model we wanted and setting up a quick delivery. Very responsive and service-focused.
There was another review that said only appliances you purchased here could be repaired, that is correct, just called them despite what their response was on the other review.
The salesman, I believe his name is John, was very very rude. Very disinterested and disrespectful. We will never be back. The same situation occurred 1.5 years. Very rude at that time too. He ended up walking away from us. Went to another furniture store in Manitowoc. Salesman there said they get lots of the same remarks and a ton of business because of the rude Manitowoc Bitter Neumann salesman. I find it hard to understand why he’s still employed there.
