There was another review that said only appliances you purchased here could be repaired, that is correct, just called them despite what their response was on the other review.

The salesman, I believe his name is John, was very very rude. Very disinterested and disrespectful. We will never be back. The same situation occurred 1.5 years. Very rude at that time too. He ended up walking away from us. Went to another furniture store in Manitowoc. Salesman there said they get lots of the same remarks and a ton of business because of the rude Manitowoc Bitter Neumann salesman. I find it hard to understand why he’s still employed there.

The appliance is fine, but initially they did deliver a defective one. The delivery staff would not hook up the first defective washing machine because I didn't purchase the hoses from them. I didn't purchase the hoses from them because a plumber has to fix a water switch prior to delivery and left us with brand new stainless steel hoses. Anyway, had the delivery staff stayed for a few minutes to test out the washer, they could have saved us some hassles by testing it briefly. They are listed as being an appliance repair store but only repair appliances if you bought them there. Misleading and should not come up in Google searches for appliance repair stores
