I can’t say enough good things about Al at Bitter End Custom Chopper. He went above and beyond to make my motorcycle frame exactly what I wanted, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail were incredible. First class, AL is one of the exceptions to the rule on how business is run. Any issues no matter what he reaches out with excellent communication to provide information or advice. Other businesses in our world of motorcycles could learn a thing or two. Would highly recommend him and more than likely be doing business with him again.
After talking to Al I finally decided to pull the trigger on the springer 8" build kit I've had my eyes on for years! I was floored at the cost of shipping but decided to go for it anyway. Messaged Al that the shipping was excessive and he totally agreed that it was a mistake and made it right and refunded the excess! Old school guys making things right thanks for the interaction I can't wait to review the parts when they come
