I like the old school feel of a store with a caring owner and a friendly environment that’s lost in theses day the woman was nice friendly and helpful with everything we looked at and her store is probably (unless I’m in real trouble) the only tack store I will come back to shop at.
Great to have a tack store in our area with good prices. The owner and clerk are awesome ! They try to help in anyway they can. The store donates to the local saddle clubs and is always eager to help.
We walked in on a Saturday around 10:15: am, 8/2/2025. The lady at the front/cashier's desk, never once acknowledged us coming into the store. We spoke, but she had he head into phone and acted like we were not even there. She never said a dang word back. Very rude! As we left we were l treated the same way. No acknowledgement, no thank, nothing! We will NOT BE BACK! Pitiful customer service! I guess her game on her phone was more important than a sale!
