I can’t say enough good things about this company!!!! They make the best bits you can buy. They always fulfill orders and ship insanely fast. Their customer service is incredible as well. I recently made a mistake on my order and they were quick to respond and completely took care of it. I was already a huge fan of the company and their products but that solidifies me being a customer for life!!!
I love this company. There products are without equal and their prices are incredible for the quality that they produce. I first bought the cheap kit router bits with the intention to upgrade once I learned what bits i used. I went to Bits & Bits based on the YouTube maker @aglimpseinside. I have not used anybody since. My only complaint, and its silly, is the protective coating they dip their bits in to protect them during shipping. I find them a pain to get them off. MJ was great, returned my call very promptly and helped me find the exact bit and bearing combination to solve my somewhat complex pattern routing problem. The best customer service I have experienced in years, I definitely recommend them, even if you might find a similar bit for a few dollars less elsewhere, they make up for it in their attention to detail, promptness in shipping, and making sure that you, the customer, are taken care of. Bits and Bits has excellent quality - I’ve been buying from them for years and have been very happy. Despite heavy use, some of the first bits I bought from here are still sharp. I actually took a large chunk out of my finger a few months ago with my spiral 1/2” collet bit, I don’t recommend doing that……. The astral coring does seem to increase the life span of the cutter heads too
