2000% HONEST!! Mr. Bitner was assisting me with my electircal problem and asked me to send a picture of the situation and instead of scheduling an appointment-- he said "NO need schedule an appointment and told me what to do myself that fixed the problem while he was still on the phone! I offered to pay him for his help/time and he said no problem, if you ever m=need us again-- Please consider us... Of course I will ! and so should you without hesitation.
