Carol Heisey had a small bathroom remodel in March 2022.The tiles, painting, door, accessories have greatly improved the look. However, the workers did not install a plastic cover over the area. A lot of dust was created and I had to vacuum end of each day. Noticed water leaking at base of Commode beginning of May. Called the office and a contractor from Bitner's came to install a new seal. I found Bitner Brothers on Angi List where they were recommended. I needed a zero entry shower remodel for my disabled mother. To make things more difficult I live in Boston and my mother is in Hummelstown PA. I got a call from Kim S. (estimator and designer) almost immediately. She was wonderful, I explained my situation and she said no problem. We had roofing work performed on our home. The estimate and downpayment was made in July 2018 but they couldn't seem to get a crew that didn't fight and argue all day and they didn't complete the job until October. That should have been a red flag for us. This past Saturday we lost a swath of shingles after the wind storm we had.
