We had a really bad leak in our roof and they came out and gave us an estimate and let us know when they would be able to do the work. The price was exactly as quoted and they arrived when they said they would. They did a great job ! We were very impressed that they took pictures to show us the step by step work they did. We highly recommend them !
Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Untrustworthy and unreliable. They do not keep their appointments and do not communicate with customers. They reschedule you without informing you then either call and cancel or don't show up at all. When you call to figure out why Michelle curses you out and hangs up. Do your research... There are numerous complaints all regarding the same issues. Go elsewhere and save your self a headache.
My best advice is to go elsewhere..... Michelle is unprofessional, unpredictable, rude, and unreliable. They do not keep their scheduled appointments nor do they call to inform you of such. So glad I figured this out before hiring this company.
