When into Biti Ford Culcain to get an exhaust flange gasket for my 2001 Ford Econovan. Met Daryl, a highly experienced spare parts Manager who took the VIN number and confirmed it was no longer available. BUT. Checking an old box of gaskets, found two. No charge. I sent an email outlining that we were genuine buyers, local to the area, had a trade-in, and were looking to build an ongoing relationship including for servicing the vehicle.
