Extremely disappointing experience with BiteSpeed WhatsApp Marketing Platform. Even after discontinuing their services, they continued charging platform fees, and nobody from their WhatsApp support group responded to my messages. I used Bitespeed for about 60 days roughly 15 months ago, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The software didn’t deliver what was promised, and support was practically nonexistent. There were 25+ people from their team (including VINAYAK) in our support group, and my issues still went unanswered. A really irritating company i must say the sales team does not stop calling even after clearly mentioning (on call,on mail,on text) that you are not interested. It’s been more than 2 months i have blocked a few numbers still they figure out a way to call you.
Very disappointing sales approach. Cheap phone calling tactics! I generally don't write negative reviews. But I had to stop by and write this for Bitespeed management. Have clearly informed BiteSpeed’s sales representatives multiple times that I am not interested in subscribing to their service.
