The lady behind the counter was friendly and service was quick. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. I ordered the cumin lamb on the hand ripped noodles. I’ve had this dish many times at Xian Famous Foods many times and it has been wonderful. The version at Bites of Xian doesn’t come close to that. The lamb comes in dry, chewy shreds over noodles that have been dumped in the bowl. They are not tossed, so the noodles stick in one giant clump. The few times I’ve gotten their meat with thin noodles there, the noodles are always overcooked!! And I’m already at home eating it I can’t go back to get It fixed. It’s really frustrating how a noodle place always overcooked their noodles
Food is good and authentic even though the store is very small.
It's a cold menu restaurant. Interesting that cold foods sells. Maintain excellence. It seems like customer service and food quality is deteriorating already.
