Called for a tow, gave phone number and location of vehicle. They said they would call if any problems. Two days later I called the garage where work was to be done, it never got dropped off. Called Biters, never even got picked up!! They said their tow truck was down. Why the hell didn’t they tell me that or call back. Going to miss 4-5 days of work because of their complete incompetence!!! This never would have happened when Joe still owned the business. We are sorry you feel that way Ed. Due to the many deer hits and accidents lately we have been extremely busy towing and our truck went down unexpectedly. We have been doing all we can to help everyone who needs our assistance and again we apologize it took so long to try to get parts during this pandemic. Also the message we got was “ no rush, when you have time“ so emergencies/ accidents had to come first.

Impressive work and fast turn around.
They've done lots of work for us over the years and are always extremely detailed and fast! After an accident my Malibu needed two doors and fender replaced and it required a special paint color because it couldn't be ordered in. They mixed up a batch and matched it EXACTLY and even gave me a little tube of it to take home in case I needed any touch ups from scratches in the future! Work was pristine and I couldn't be happier.
