Lacking receptionist etiquette and poor oversight by the overseeing specialist dr huang who does not take honest feedback well. I can see now why there are only 8 so-called 5 stars reviews. This honest but negative one probably will get flagged by them. Do not attend the first appointment and waste money at this clinic. Started off with a referral to them and appointment had to be made for a month later. Was informed they would retrieve the referral letter. Dr Gwendolyn is absolutely amazing! Not only is she a highly qualified and experienced professional, her patient care and attention to the individual needs of each patient is wonderful. Both my children have had complicated dental issues and she has guided us through the process lovingly and patiently. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
