This is my first time ever doing a five-course meal. I had the pleasure of attending Bite Club's first Fall dinner at Blue Willow Cafe. You can taste the love and soul that goes into every course. A complimentary prickly pair drink was served upon arrival, followed by a crostini with prosciutto, arugula, jam, and brie, with a hint of black pepper. Then, there was a Thai pumpkin soup. Our group had an outstanding experience for this Chef’s dinner. We had not attended a Chef-driven private event like this before and it did not disappoint. Each course was phenomenal and the hospitality was equally as good. The menu items were creative and unique. Chef Steve is a culinary master and obviously loves creating amazing dishes for his guests. I would highly recommend this event to anyone who enjoys great food and service.
