Ace did my complimentary termite inspection and found a few small areas in the fascia boards that needed treatment - one for dry rot and one for active infestation. He was professional and pleasant and answered all my questions. Bite Away emailed the inspection report quickly and after I signed the work authorization the repairs were scheduled promptly. We've been using Bite Away for both bug pest control (bi monhtly)and rodent control (when we first moved in, Isidro not only got rid of the rodents, but kept them from coming back)! Bite Away provided a very thorough report of the property we were considering purchasing.
