3/26 Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Isidro Diaz, another technician at Bite Away. He arrived promptly and set about checking the rat traps and exterior of the house. I really appreciated his professionalism and demeanor. I'm quite impressed with each of the techs I have met and look forward to working with Paul, David and Isidro going forward. Thanks! Ace Lapitan, was prompt on his arrival to my home, was attentive to all external reas of the home, and also the attic. He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed small areas with termite right away. Answered all my questions. Made recommendations. Was not pushy, sales-y type. Happy with the experience & recommend his services and Bite away, was very prompt in all their communication and also with scheduling appointments.
Bite Away has provided excellent service for my house before I even closed. Ace did an amazing job on the estimate and all the follow through was professional and well presented. All the technicians have been very thorough and respectful of the property. Just recently, technician Paul Figueroa did an outstanding service, quick and thorough. I appreciate the hard work and wanted to make sure the boys and girls at Bite Away knew that fact! Thanks!
Eric does a great job. He did major renovation of my wood patio cover & damaged door. I am now lucky now to have him perform my monthly service. Bite away is a great company for all these services
