Superb customer service! I had an issue with receiving a discount code and reached out to a representative. I had a very quick response and solution to my issue! I have ordered dog collars from this company a few times over the last couple of years and the collars are excellent quality! I have two English cocker spaniels and they always look adorable in their matching collars! Looking forward to receiving my new shipment! I paid $65 for a dog collar I ordered early December 2020, and we’re few days from February and I have not received it. When I tried to contact the customer service they actually didn’t take responsibility and were pretty mean and rude. After I pressed they said they refunded but even though it’s been 10 days I do not see a refund. Package no show and they lied about the refund. This business is probably either scam or is run by very rude fraud minded people. Do not order!
