I wouldn’t let Dr. Bitar see my goldfish at this point. For months now I have dealt with zero communication for weeks on end, missed appointments on their end with no communication. Terrible way to treat patients dealing with sometimes life threatening infectious disease! I would recommend literally anyone else at this point.
I have called for weeks & finally over 3 weeks ago got 1 person to call me back named Wendy who said they were having phone issues & the office is only open Tues & Wed which are the days I called & Dr. Bitar couldn't see me because they never received my paperwork or bloodwork. I told them I had an order form from Dr. Larcena from 9/13/22 & they still said no. So I followed up with my Dr.'s office who resent everything over & I called & left a voicemail again on Tues & Wed when they are supposed to be in the office & then ca... read more
An amazing doctor!! By far the best infectious disease doctor around! For others complaining about the wait.. it is well worth it for his knowledge. You won't be disappointed!
Unless you're the first appointment, you're going to wait quite a while before being seen but Dr. Bitar takes his TIME with you to make sure you're cared for properly. I do think scheduling should reflect this since the last thing someone who is sick wants to do is sit in an office full of sick people waiting to be brought back, only to wait longer in the back.
