His office staff is very unorganized and he stays not in contact with the patients and they keep changing staff and you are waiting in the lobby long hours to see him or he cancel the appointment to see him if something comes up for him good doctor but bad management skills and poor communication and priorities skills I would recommend going to a better doctor
Dr. Bitar low google rating has nothing to do with his ability. He has helped me through two potentially fatal bone infections. He listened to all of my concerns and requests during my hospitalizations. He’s a night owl and so was I while hospitalized. He conversed with me every time he visited. My surgeon who I trust with my life recommended him and I’ll have a hard time trusting anyone else with my health.
I wouldn’t let Dr. Bitar see my goldfish at this point. For months now I have dealt with zero communication for weeks on end, missed appointments on their end with no communication. Terrible way to treat patients dealing with sometimes life threatening infectious disease! I would recommend literally anyone else at this point.
