Best quinoa I've ever eaten
Bistro 517 has catered our holiday office parties for the past 4 years...they are amazing! This year life was a little crazier than usual and I was behind in planning...Diane put everything together perfectly on a moments notice, based on the past years! She and Catherine are amazing! I love these ladies! They made my holiday party easy & wonderful!
The owner and her staff knew exactly what needed to be done and served to have a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. All dishes were kept fresh looking and well stocked. The owner was present to greet guests and monitor the experience. I did not have to be involved in any prep or clean up. The event was enhanced by Bistro 517.
