One of the best meals we had while visiting the valley. Steak frites were terrific, and the escargot was tasty. I also recommend the frise salad with lardons. Service was good and the atmosphere in the garden was ace!
The Bistro Maison is a rare find not only for its dog friendliness, but for its food and service. The food and atmosphere were top-notch. We sat outside under the canopy of large trees in a cozy area where we were not on display for people passing by. The menu choices were plentiful, but our waiter was very helpful with his recommendatios. Everything was delicious; the servings were generous, and the restaurant is exquisite. My husband commented that it felt like he was in Paris.
You need to come here. You HAVE to come here. This is a quaint, conformable, cute...incredibly delicious and atmospheric restaurant. Whatever the reason you're in McMinnville, whether for a wine half marathon, passing through, or live here, go to this restaurant. Cheapest appetizer, or most expensive entrée... Buy it. Eat it. Enjoy it.
