Absolutely the worst Italian restaurant I've ever been to. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed completely uninterested and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The food was a huge disappointment. The pasta was overcooked and bland, the pizza was soggy with very little topping, and everything arrived lukewarm. My family and I recently tried Bistro Casanova for the first time since the new owners took over, and we absolutely loved it! I ordered the Linguine al Funghi with chicken, and it was delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and so satisfying. We also ordered the bread basket, which was soft, fresh, and wonderfully fluffy. While visiting Maui, we came across this little restaurant and I highly recommend it!! The food, first off, was mind-blowing. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo, focaccia bread which was so good we ordered another one, brussel sprouts, and a cheese pizza which was an amazing choice.
