The linguine sticks together in lumps, a big no no for pasta. The clams are fishy (not fresh). The sauce is salty.
Although I’ve dined at many wonderful restaurants throughout Italy and the U.S, I have to say that this restaurant in Kahului served the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional, from the appetizers to the entr�es and desserts. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was a particular standout, offering the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors. This place far surpassed our expectations. The service, food, and wine were excellent; everything we ordered was delicious! The staff made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent food and excellent service! the Pa'ea was so delicious! The atmosphere was excellent as well. The food was outstanding and the service was warm and attentive from start to finish. The pasta was especially memorable—perfectly cooked and full of flavor—and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back often.
We had wonderful dinner at the Bistro after our flight from Seattle. The road to Lahina was blocked due to a fire and we had to stay at a local hotel. We found this wonderful restraunt while walking by! The food and service were top notch! We hope to return for a 2nd time!
