I'm so glad we had the chance to dine here. We couldn't make up where we wanted to dine, and since Aliante Casino is close to us, we decided on Bistro 57. The restaurant is pretty good in size, so good for large groups. Next time I visit, I want to sit along the window looking out into the Casino. I had the pasta carbonera about a year ago and have not been able to stop thinking about all that pancetta and garlic. So I was super excited to take out for dinner yesterday. What a disappointment! Hardly any pancetta, completly flavorless, tasted like plain cream, no seasoning at all. And i got literally white sandwich bread and not even an ounce of plain butter. And expensive. Will never go back
Bistro 57 is great! Just went tonight for hubby bday and food was incredible. I recommend the calamari. It was cooked to perfection. Not too much coating and not chewy (overcooked calamari is rubbery and Bistro’s was perfect!). I had the chicken tortellini which was also perfect.
This is an amazing and cozy restaurant! Food is full of wonderful flavors! We really enjoyed very much the food. Atmosphere is romantic and very nice. Love the food and great service!! They do take reservations as well. The chicken Marsala is so good😋
