On the expensive side, however, plenty of food per meal. We were a party of 8 and each of us had a different dish. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is because each person said they have had same or better quality of food for cheaper price elsewhere.. That being said, if you are looking for classy, quiet atmosphere this is the place.
When you first come in you think the place is closed but there is another entrance around the corner.They should have posted a sign to direct us.It was our anniversary so I made a reservation with notes it was our anniversary and wanted a quiet table...The hostess barely greeted us but wasn't horrible. I ordered the chicken parmesan, which came with a side of fettuccini al fredo. It was the worst meal I had in a long time. The chicken parm was dry. There was maybe one tablespoon of sauce on it. The al fredo sauce was terrible. It had no cheese taste. It was like a white sauce with a strong basil taste. I won't be going back again.
We have been numerous times, as we live just south of the casino. It has become one of our go to. We recently went and discovered there had been some changes. The first is the name. It never made sense to me that an Italian restaurant would be named Bistro. The biggest change, and the most heartbreaking for my family, was 86ing the carbonate. This was my go to meal and I believe the best version in the valley. Hopefully they reassess the removal and bring it back. This is the only I cannot give a full five star review.
